Steroids are typically injected (IM)Intra - Muscularly, into sites with large muscle groups. This is to ensure the less pain and so that the circulation of the steroid is more widespread.

The key sites include: Quadriceps, Biceps, Deltoids and Gluteus Muscle groups.

2) What You Need
i) Alcohol Pads
ii) Needles
iii) Syringes
iv) Steroids

3) Injection Sites
The common sites for in tramuscular injectons include the buttock, lateral side of the thigh, and the deltoid region of the arm.
The best site for steroid injections is in the gluteus medius muscle which is located in the upper outer quadrant of the buttock.
